These terms govern your use of Atlas by madjourneys.ai. By creating an account or accepting a trip invitation, you agree to them.
Using Atlas
You must provide accurate account information, keep access to your email or identity provider secure, and use Atlas lawfully. You are responsible for trip content you upload and for choosing the right access role for every invited person.
Trip roles
An owner controls a trip and may delegate specific abilities to an admin, co-traveler or follower. Manual itinerary deletion is available only to a person the owner has explicitly authorized and always requires confirmation; Atlas AI cannot delete items. Owners can revoke access, and invitees must sign in with the email address that received the invitation.
Your content
You retain ownership of your trip content and photos. You grant madjourneys.ai a limited licence to host, process, display and transmit that content only as needed to operate Atlas and the features you request. You confirm that you have permission to upload and share content involving other people.
AI, research and travel information
Atlas AI and Trip Watch can be incomplete, delayed or wrong. AI output is a suggestion, not a booking, guarantee or professional advice. Verify schedules, entry rules, safety information, prices and reservations with official providers. Atlas is not an emergency service; follow local authorities and contact emergency services when needed.
Bookings and third parties
Links to airlines, hotels, tour operators, maps or other services are provided for convenience. Those providers control their products, terms, availability, refunds and data practices. Atlas is not responsible for third-party services or travel losses.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse invitations, access another person’s trip without permission, upload malware or illegal content, scrape the service, interfere with security, impersonate someone, or use Atlas to harm, stalk or expose another person. We may suspend access to protect users or the service.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Atlas reliable, but availability is not guaranteed. Features, storage limits or integrations may change as the product evolves. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes when practical.
Account closure
You may delete your account from account settings. A sole owner may need to delete or transfer owned trips as part of closure. We may terminate accounts that materially breach these terms, while preserving rights required by law.
Disclaimers and liability
Atlas is provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law. madjourneys.ai does not warrant that travel data, AI results or third-party information is error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, madjourneys.ai is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, travel disruption or decisions made from Atlas content. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
